Today a friend posted this Black Elk quote on Facebook and its straightforwardness hit home with me. In our time when religion is either over-used for political or social agendas, wars are fought in the name of god, the thought of living a spiritual life without searching out a specific church building for worship, is a soothing idea.We can walk into the woods, sit on the bare earth or just look up into the sky. Whatever we are seeking is right there, we just need to look, listen and feel. And walk our path through life accordingly.
